Vegan Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies


 

Having a craving but really trying to stick to your diet? These Vegan Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies will satisfy your craving! Less then 10 minute preparation time, low in sugar, gluten free, and vegan! A healthy alternative snack for you and your family.


INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup gluten free oats

-1/4 cup maple syrup

-1 cup almond flour

-1/2 tsp baking soda

-1 tsp cinnamon

-Pinch of salt

-1 tsp of vanilla extract

-2 tbsp melted coconut oil

-2 tbsp cashew butter

-1 tbsp flaxseed

-Handful of vegan chocolate chips


DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix wet ingredients first and then add in dry ingredients

2. Add in the chocolate chips

3. Freeze dough for 10 minutes

4. Roll dough into balls and flatten with hands

5. Bake 350 for 10 minutes
