INGREDIENTS:
-3/4 cup of gluten free oats
-1/2 cup almond flour
-1/4 cup coconut flour
-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
-2 whole eggs
-3/4 cup almond milk (you may need to play around with the almond milk and add more depending on how consistent the mixture is)
-1/3 cup sugar free coconut flakes
-1 tsp hemp & chia seeds
-Dash of cinnamon
-1 tsp of vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients into a bowl and blend
2. Once mixture is at the consistency you like heat on pan
3. Add toppings of your choice: melted blueberries, cashew butter, coconut flakes, chia seeds, hemp, anything you like!
